Niki Ioannou-Chandriotou is the Director of Cyta Business, the business unit of Cyta responsible for delivering integrated technology solutions to the corporate sector in Cyprus. As a leading force in the local market, Cyta Business serves as a strategic partner for companies of all sizes, offering high-value, holistic solutions and innovative products that enhance efficiency, security, and agility—responding to the challenges of today’s digital landscape and supporting businesses in their journey toward technological transformation. Niki has led several key technological and commercial initiatives for Cyta, including the upgrade and evolution of the fixed telephony network, the development of innovative cloud services through the Cloud Marketplace, the commercial deployment of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure and the introduction of specialized cybersecurity services for business customers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the New York Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM).
