Matina Zisiadou is the Manager of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA). She holds a BA in Law, an MA in International Relations and Strategic Studies, an MA in European Union Studies and an MSc in Digital Marketing. Throughout her career, Mrs. Zisiadou has worked as Marketing and Communications Strategist, Project Manager, and Public Affairs Adviser for various organizations in the field of tourism and waste management, as well as in NGOs.

Demetris Nissiotis is a seasoned ICT professional and executive, with over 25 years of experience in diverse roles across the industry. He has acquired valuable insights of the trends and advancements in the international ICT arena and has a deep understanding of the unique ICT environment in Cyprus, including the initiatives, developments, limitations and challenges that local organizations and technology enterprises encounter.  Throughout his career, Demetris has been actively involved in numerous large-scale, mission-critical digital transformation projects for prominent organizations both in Cyprus and abroad. With a proven track record of success in the public and private sectors, Demetris and his team have consistently delivered effective and efficient digital solutions, enabling clients to achieve their business objectives. Demetris earned his BSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus and has been a key member of NetU Consultants Ltd since 1997, where he currently serves as CEO. He is the President of the Cyprus Information Technology Enterprises Association (CITEA) and a member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB).

Dr Nicodemos Damianou is the Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of the Republic of Cyprus. He holds a Sc.B Degree in Computer Science from Brown University USA, a Ph.D in Computer Security & Policy-based Management of enterprise-wide Computer Networks from Imperial College UK, a Diploma of Information Security from Imperial College, and an MBA from the University of Cyprus. He is an IT and Information Security professional with many years of experience in Payment Systems and Fintech, Risk Management Methodologies and Digital Transformation Technologies. He served at managerial positions within the Bank of Cyprus Group. From November 2017 to January 2024 he was the General Manager of JCC Payment Systems Ltd.

Demetris Skourides is the Chief Scientist for Research, Innovation, and Technology of the Republic of Cyprus and Chairman of the National AI Taskforce. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Arizona State University and an MBA from Henley Management College. Additionally, he has been trained in digital transformation, AI, data monetization, and sales through programs at Columbia, Stanford, MIT, and Harvard. With a career spanning Oracle and Amazon Web Services, he has held executive roles across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. At Oracle, where he worked since 2006, he played a key role in driving cloud and ISV solutions transformation. He later joined AWS as Industry Strategist for EMEA, focusing on financial services, retail, manufacturing, and energy. Demetris Skourides spearheaded the establishment of Cloud Partner Centres of Excellence in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, South Korea, Kenya, and South Africa, enabling innovation and new revenue streams. He also chairs the Board of Directors of the Research and Innovation Foundation (ex officio).

Mark Oost is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of experience in Data & AI. As Vice President AI & Generative AI at Capgemini, Mark leads the strategic development of the company’s global AI portfolio. Mark has collaborated with innovative clients across various industries, helping them leverage AI for business transformation and value creation.  Passionate about driving AI adoption and excellence, Mark is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet customers’ needs and expectations.

Patrick works as a Sales Specialist focusing on AI and High-Performance Computing at HPE. Patrick started working with artificial intelligence when he was recruited by IBM at the end of 2010. As a business developer in data and AI and as IBM Sweden’s Spokesperson for AI, Patrick helped a number of Swedish and Nordic companies take advantage of AI and acted as a bridge between Nordic organizations and IBM Research and IBM Watson. Prior to joining HPE, Patrick worked as a Business Developer at Silo AI, one of Europe’s leading AI firms.

Gabor Harsanyi was appointed Head of the Data Office at Ericsson’s Marketing & Corporate Relations (M&CR) unit in 2024. In this role, he oversees the unit’s Data Strategy, AI Data Strategy, Data Privacy. Previously, Gabor served as the Head of the Connected Data and Analytics team within the unit, where he established and expanded his team, delivering the first-ever Data & Analytics Strategy, driving value through data quality improvements and the introduction of self-service dashboards. He is a Nordic TOP100 listed Data and Analytics professional, a public speaker, and has led an award-winning D&A team. Gabor is passionate about education and a dedicated advocate for diversity, serving as an ambassador for neurodiversity at Ericsson.

Over 25 years of experience in IT. Joined Salesforce 12 years ago in the role of Cloud Architect/Enterprise Architect which is part of the pre sales Solution Engineering team.  Developed significant expertise on the Salesforce Platform with a focus on solution design, application development, security & service delivery and integration. Prior to Salesforce for 17 years was dealing designing and developing telecommunications software for PBX systems.

Stamatis Tsolakidis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), along with two Master of Science degrees in Business Administration and Information Science from esteemed Greek and US institutions. With over 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, he has led multiple teams and championed customer advocacy in data center and cybersecurity technologies. For the past five years, he has been with Dell Technologies Hellas, where he currently serves as the Data Center Sales Executive for the Greece, Cyprus, and Malta regions.

Michalis Tyrimos is the Founder and Managing Director of Capacitor Partners, a company providing consulting services in technology and transformation at both local and international levels. He has extensive experience in digital and business transformation, as well as in the deployment of digital products in Europe and Silicon Valley, California. Nicolas Messaritis currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for the last 3 years, the last 12 months working for EcommBX Electronic Money Institution. Previously, he worked as a software developer and payments consultant for financial software vendors TSYS and OpenWay. Tryphon Papazoglou is a graduate of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2017, he is the Country Manager of SOFTONE Technologies Ltd, a subsidiary of SOFTONE Technologies S.A. -a member of the Olympia group of companies – and one of the largest IT companies in Greece. During the last 26 years, Tryphon has been particularly involved in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) industry, especially in software business solutions, always aiming to create sustainable added value for the end customers. Argyris Makrygeorgou is an ICT/CS professional with extensive experience in Operations, Solution Architecture, Managed Services, and Information Security. He has focused exclusively on Cyber since 2013, undertaking senior roles in Dublin, Ireland, and Athens, Greece, while engaging in projects around the globe. He joined Fortinet in Q1 2024 as the Regional SecOps Business Development Manager for Greece, Hungary, and Cyprus. In this role, he is responsible for the Fortinet ecosystem — including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Deceptor, Recon, Mail, and Analyzer — as well as SOCaaS, MDR, and Incident Response Services, across major accounts and key partners. Marios Kapiris is currently the General Manager of Kyndryl Cyprus and also the Alliances & Ecosystems Leader for Kyndryl Greece and Cyprus.  His job responsibilities include the general management of Kyndryls ’s business operations in Cyprus, including sales, business development, project delivery and technical support.  In addition Marios is responsible to build and maintain Kyndryl’s new partner ecosystem and global alliances for both Greece and Cyprus.  In 2023, Marios has been awarded with the well-established and prestigious award in Cyprus of “Manager of the Year 2022” from InBusiness magazine!

Marios currently is the President of the Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM) Council, represents Kyndryl Cyprus as a Board Member and President of the Digital Transformation Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cyprus (AmCham), , and sits as a Board Member of the Cyprus Tech Association.
